Recently had an issue with my exhaust, they saw and fixed straight away with no charge due to it being a quick job!!! Most garages would still have charged!! Lovely, helpful receptionist too 😊 would highly recommend!! Excellent service!!

I had a collapsed wheel bracket and I needed new rear breaks and the garage fixed it at a great price of around £300, very cheaper than any other garage you will go too. Great customer service, also has a warranty if anything goes wrong with their work and will do it for free. Highly recommend.

Very satisfied with all the work carried out on my car. Mot, service and new tyres all fairly priced and carried out promptly. I had a small problem with which they resolved without charge. Also very cheerful and helpful receptionist.
Had an issue with a tyre slowly deflating which was “fixed” by another garage but the problem persisted. Another large tyre specialist didn’t want to look at it as they suggested it was the alloy so took it to Hoole who sorted it with no fuss. 1000 miles later it’s still at the correct psi. Won’t be going anywhere else from now on.

Had my car serviced here. Said I could leave collecting it till 4 30. I got a phone call 11am to say it was ready - amazing!! Also price for full service was good. I've been going here for tyres and exhaust repars for quite a few years. I recommend them very much.
Trustworthy, and timely service. Had my exhaust fitted here and the final cost was actually less than the estimate. On another occasion, they also helped me fix a problem fitting me in the day after I called and didn't charge me for the small repair. Highly recommend them.
Dismayed that things seemed to have changed - left a 5 star review in the past but different people in the office now. I was charged more than double the amount I’ve paid before for the same job, including an incredible £18 (plus VAT) per wheel for balance. Appears they now want to charge like a regular garage rather than a Tyre and Exhaust Centre. Shame, as I’ve always been happy with the work done and Tom was great as always. Update: For clarity after Response from the owner - Nikki was fine. She was being told what to charge by Adam. I checked a couple of places locally and wheel balance is £7 (inc VAT).

Very happy customer. Rang when I had a flat tyre and two other firms I have used in the past were too busy that day. The lady on the phone was very pleasant and helpful, booked me in for the same afternoon and she went so far as to order a new tyre just in case it was needed. As it turned out a repair was sufficient so I was back on the road for far less money than I was expecting. The staff I dealt with were very helpful and professional. I will certainly be using Hoole Tyre and Exhaust Centre again in the future.
Really good service. Booked in for brake discs and pads all round. Not a cheap job but labour only around 15% of cost which seemed very reasonable to me and all done very promptly

We have been using this service for many, many years. The team are very friendly, open and honest. They are always polite and respectful. The prices are very reasonable, the work is completed in a timely fashion and to a very good standard. They team always go above and beyond to make the experience as good as it can be! (No one likes forking out for new tyres)

I find this company so helpful and trust them 100%. They check my tyres and tyre pressures and will tell me the exact depth of tread and when I need to consider replacement, never any hard sell. Prices are reasonable and they usually give price range for three grades of tyres. They recently MOT'd my car, they took my car straight in at the appointment time and did the job very efficiently. My car passed which I was delighted with and it was much cheaper than any other garage I tried. I have been a customer for many years and they deserve this review. Many thanks to all staff
Fantastic experience both times visiting. Very customer friendly, got a very good price for x4 premium tyres compared to surrounding tyre centres so also saved a few £. They were super quick so was in and out under 30 mins. Highly recommended.
I’ve been using Hool Tyres for number of years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Excellent service, friendly staff and competitive prices. Nothing is too much for them and always there to help. I remember few years ago I had a flat tyre and couldn’t drive the car to the garage. I didn’t have the tools to remove the tyre to get it fixed. These guys lend me the tools to take with me to remove the tyre and put it back after they’ve fixed it. Absolutely amazing.

Very honest and friendly staff. Fixed a puncture within half-hour for a good price. We've used them ever since a certain 'National' tyre & exhaust chain tried to sell us a new tyre (£120) because ours had been "Run-flat". It was actually a leaky valve, which Hoole changed for £5, even though they had to take the tyre off the rim to check for side-wall damage. Highly recommended.
Setting off for a trip to Manchester, warning low pressure flashed up. Immediately drove to Hoole Tyre & Exhaust Centre. Back safely on the road, within a short space of time. Puncture repaired, tracking ckecked, and other tyres presure checked. Great service and Value as usual. Thanks very much.

Always helpful and a really quick, professional service. Light came on for tyre pressure. So took it to the garage where they checked it found a screw. They mended it and it was all done within 20 minutes of me arriving. So delighted to have this so close by.

Great service. Booked in a couple of days earlier for an MOT. Arrived half an hour early...no problem. Had a coffee in Hoole and wandered back and all was done. Quick payment and was on my way.

Had two new tyres after an MOT advisory in December and they double checked they were actually needed. Had to go there today as my tyre pressure light keeps going on. Did all the checks they could and advised accordingly. Excellent service. Thanks
Great guys. I thought i had loose exhaust.They checked and said it was fine.Another garage would probably have said replace it,to make money. They also noticed air needed in tyres and done it for me too.All this for no cost.
